after deciding as a group that our project would look to the industrial revolution for a solution for the future I wanted some visual stimulus to prompt this, hear are some pictures I took of the older parts of Manchester. I love the colours and textures in the brickwork, something that is probably completely overseen by passers by. I liked the small building (middle image) as it looked completely out of place in modern day Manchester next to a main road.
