Rachel Howard

I attended a a lecture given by visitor and textile artists Rachel  Howard, she explained that there was a point during her career as an artist where she was unable to print fabric as she normally would, this lead her to resort to painting directly onto the fabric. I related to this in that when wanting to dye fabric I was unable to due to my lack of induction so had to dye my samples using ink. Above is a print by Howard on fabric done by hand.
